Great access to the boardwalk. Amenities available to rent such as chairs and cooler were very convenient. Our room was small but no complaints, it’s exactly what we wanted for our trip and the price was perfect.

There are a lot of activities within walking distance. The only issues I had during my stay was, the shower didn’t work, and I asked for some more towels but never received them. I had to buy more towels.

Great attention to detail and communication. Talked with Will and he made sure everything was good when arriving, didn't have to do a waiting time in checking he did everything while we were on our way there which made it smooth and easier. Property was located 100 ft from the Hollywood Beach broadwalk. Check in was quick and easy. Will connected by text and was easily reachable. Spacious room and with full kitchen. Wonderful week long stay.

It was OK for the price I paid and it was givingmore like a complex apartment not a hotel. It’s rundown and it needs a lot of upgrade special with pest control. Only one thing was really good that it was quiet.

Nice place

It was a simply clean studio apartment. Clean with range, microwave and fridge. Excellent location with beach less then 5 mins walking distance. Easy parking and very accommodating. Highly recommended.

This hotel had a unique vintage feel. The inside was upgraded and the tiny kitchen was great. The closeness to the beach was fantastic. Property manager was very friendly. I would recommend this place.

Great location

It was a great, the room was pretty big, right at the beach, great location for restaurants, walking, bars, beach… the room needs some maintenance, the door between the leaving room and bedroom was broken. The manager Will was very friendly and helpful.

I was there for a week and had a great stay. The location of this property is excellent. Just a few steps from the boardwalk in Hollywood Beach. The building is well kept and the rooms are very clean. Will is a great host, very friendly and attentive. I will definitely stay there the next time I go to South Florida.
