2. Bedroom with a KING-SIZED bed with attached full bath and shower

Please note: the one full bathroom is attached to the king bedroom so all guests have to walk through the king bedroom to get to the bathroom.

Stocked with cookware, dishware, pots, and pans.

Guests have access to their home and backyard except for any locked doors or any doors marked "Designedvr Staff"

One vehicle per unit for designated parking space. Any additional vehicles must park on the street and pay. Any unauthorized vehicles will be towed at your expense.

No Daily Cleaning Service

Pack-n-play and highchair upon request to make traveling with little ones easier.
Bedding, towels, and starter sets (hotel size) of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Beach chairs and towels are available for you to use on the beach.

A washer and Dryer are available. The laundry room is located at the back of the building through the back corridor to the right. (Coin operated)

NO SMOKING is allowed inside the units. Any evidence of smoking (smell, ash, damage) will result in immediate forfeiture of the security deposit and potential additional fines

To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can also be delivered for a nominal fee.**

The minimum age to book this listing is 21 years old

Check-in time is 4 pm / Check-out time is 11 am.
Quiet hours 10 pm-8 am.
No unauthorized guests are permitted.
No smoking inside the unit ($750 fine)
No pets ($250 fine)
