"Upon entry to the lobby we were warmly greeted, filled out the proper paperwork then provided a key for our hotel room it was less than a 5 minute process. Our room was clean and well stocked with towels and our beds were made and ready to be used. The only criticism I had is that my pillows were extremely flimsy and I woke up every morning with a sore back and stiff neck, I actually dreaded sleeping in the bed after a couple of nights. Other than that the bartenders and restaurant staff were amazing and the rest of the facilities we clean and met my expectations. I’d definitely recommend them due to the location with lots of great shops and restaurants in the area."

"What I like about the hotel is that my room was cleaned and house keeping everyday helps to appreciate the environment What I least like is that the breakfast are the same every single day I have been there for 6 nights and I same food every morning otherwise good experience"

"First and foremost, my room and bathroom were clean. On day five of my stay the thermostat became faulty. After alerting the front desk, I had a brand new thermostat installed and the AC was blowing in less than 10 minutes .... impressive! The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and food each morning. The area was always clean. Any staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The property is very close to good restaurants and shops. I'd highly recommend this property."

"Overall, the hotel was very clean and had great views. The area had great vibes and restaurants. The highlight of the hotel, like any other hotel, was the housekeeping staff, who were very friendly and helpful. So were the restaurant staff. The front desk staff were not very friendly but did address our questions and concerns. The cons were the hidden fees. On the first day, they told us we had a $25 resort credit to use at the restaurant. However, at checkout, you are hit with a 2-fold hidden fee. Unlike another review that says they charged for water, the water was “free” but probably built into those hidden fees. Room service is basically non-existent. I tried calling the front desk or the restaurant, but I couldn't figure out how the phone worked. So, I tried calling the front desk with my own phone, and no one would pick up. You would need to go to the restaurant during their operating hours to order takeout."
