  • Visited National Harbor on a spur of the moment invite. We had so much fun! Kids ran and climbed all over the Awakening, we rode the Capital Wheel, visited the Peep Store (yes, those Peeps), and had a fantastic brunch! The Air Force Band was playing in the park. Beautiful spot! Fun for family.

Clean room and front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly (Tisha?). There was also a gentleman at the front desk that found a pack of peanut M&Ms for me (when the box was empty) at 1am and I was very grateful!

The staff was the absolute best part of this experience. Especially the young lady who greeted me at the front desk. Cheerful, well spoken, bright, and just and all around lovely young lady. I would easily come back here again for my next outing at National Harbor.

Great stay. Impressive to the point on plan on going back. Staff was so courteous, inviting and helpful. My room condition was excellent. Loved the partial view of the Potomac. Appreciated the fresh linens. Hope to stay at this National Harbor Residence Inn soon!

The hotel location is great with many dining options within walking distance. The room is quiet and well equipped with a kitchen. Bed and pillows are clean and comfortable. The pullout sofa bed was useless because the mattress was not good anymore. Couldn't change the temperature in the room because the thermostat was not responding. Personal items from previous guest were still in the drawer.

Our studio was very clean and the handicap room had plenty of room for my wheelchair. The house keeping was pleasant and check every day to see if we wanted our room clean. The hotel has free breakfast every morning we love our stay.
