"Stayed here for 3 weeks by myself, hotel staff are extremely nice and helpful. My room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Their laundry room and fitness room were really nice. Only complaints I have about the hotel was the noise and the smell of weed. Walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything that happens in the hallways and you can hear your neighbors. Unfortunately, guests kept smoking weed and it would creep out into the hallway and make its way into my room. I told staff and they were very apologetic and tried to help, but some guests are just super rude and inconsiderate of others. But I would definitely stay here again if I had to."

"Room was great, so big and well stocked. My son and granddaughters came by to eat dinner and play cards, with my mother and I. plenty of space to do that in our room. My husband and I stayed here many times, during his cancer treatments, at UCH, which is very near by. It was good accommodations, for his very ill conditions. The staff was also nice during those stays."
