This apartment has the luxury and views of both the lake and the mountains! You can watch the different sunsets everyday from the loungeroom or the balcony, and its perfect for a family getaway or even a couples retreat.

This apartment features two balconies which allow you to get all day sun - both with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. An open plan loungeroom, kitchen and main balcony will allow for you to enjoy the breezes from the river, and a split system air conditioner to keep you cool or warm year round.

Linen is included at this property, however, don’t forget to pack a beach towel! This building is strictly non-smoking.

This is a non smoking complex, no smoking is permitted on the grounds of the Regatta complex.

A bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.

Lovely stay
A lovely property. Well fitted out for a week long stay with beautiful views from the front balcony. Only challenge - the second bedroom window lets in a fair bit of morning light (difficult for kids to sleep in once the sun is up). Would be worth considering a blockout blind.
