Only moments away from the idyllic and sheltered Burgess Beach and its fabulous rock formations and delightful rockpools, discover this serene oceanside home that serves as the perfect base for beach getaways no matter what time of year. The beach is an easy 100 metre walk from your doorstep where you can relax and soak up the sun or grab the beach umbrella and boogey board or go for a swim.
This three bedroom single level home provides a great base to explore Forster, or stay in with all of the comforts to enjoy a relaxing break. With fresh modern furnishings, flooring and a bright open kitchen, air conditioning in the kitchen / living area and ceiling fans throughout. All linen is provided for the beds and towels for the bathroom, you only need to bring your beach towels.
The sunny private deck and enclosed garden are an entertainers dream, with plenty of outdoor seating, a large cantilever umbrella and gas BBQ. This is the perfect area to sit back and enjoy the sea breeze while watching the children play on the lawn in the securely fenced ultra private yard.
There is a single lock up garage which also houses an ancillary separate bathroom and toilet. This also includes a pool table. There is off-street parking for 3 cars and room for a boat.
Positioned within a 2-minute drive to the patrolled one mile beach and a short 3-5 minute drive to the town centre of Forster, which contains a large range of restaurants and shops.
The property has a well equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, smart TV, free wifi, Foxtel and a study nook with a monitor, for your work from home needs – all you need to bring is your laptop.
