"We were assigned a room on the 3rd floor going to our destination. The bathroom sink was behind the bathroom door. To reverse the door would put the light switches behind the door. Narrow double doors pulled out to enter would work better. The water in the small sink came out a slight protrusion built into the back wall of the sink and the water fell too close to the sink wall. The small glass shelf above the pedestal sink was in the way so you couldn't bend over to wash your face without hitting your head. There is a restaurant that serves different food from the bar, which regulars complain about because the same menu used to be offered in both. The wait staff are loosing tips as a result. Laughably, you can order the restaurant food to go and eat it in the bar. The restaurant food was disappointing, as was breakfast. I asked that the table be wiped down and the waitress left it wet, so I dried it with a napkin. The coffee mug had dried coffee splashed on the outside and a dirty rim. The bacon was greasy and the gravy over salted. On our return trip, we were assigned a room on the 8th floor, which was remarkably better, including a very functional bathroom. We ate in the bar and enjoyed the bar food, mocktails and dessert offerings. We skipped breakfast in the restaurant. The pros out-weighed the cons and we'd stay there again."
