Great stay!

The hotel itself is very clean and nice, our room was great and comfortable. The only downfall was the neighbors had loud music all night! Some people just don’t have the respect for others. It is not the hotels fault at all!

The room was fine and everything went well except for the requested wake-up call. I asked for a 7:15 a.m. call and the call was made at 6:08 a.m. I didn't want to loose an hour of sleep because the night clerk couldn't get that information to the morning staff correctly.

Overall great option in the city of Lamesa, very clean and modern looking. All facilities worked and kept clean. Room was clean and comfortable with all the need necessities. Breakfast was hot, filled and staff was there keeping up with needs. Quiet and felt safe, had gas station and a few food options with in walking distance. Felt like the best overall looking and feeling hotel in the city. Highly recommend staying there. Also bonus friendly neighborhood cat visits the parking lot for cat lovers.

Not the best

Our greeting and receptionist was very pleasant. Our room was very dusty and headboard to our bed was dirty. We had to wipe it clean ourselves. The bed and billows were semi comfortable. The lightbulb on one of the nightstand lamp was out. I called front desk to get a replacement bulb. They told me they would get me one but never did. Continental breakfast was goid.

I did like that the room we used had a sofa sleeper along with an extra easy chair that was comfy. The room was a little large than most rooms with a king size bed and the sofa sleeper and then the extra bunk seat that was also cushy. What I was disappointed on was the hot tub was cold, but the pool was a little warm. And no towels in the pool area, but we did ask for some. And I did pay over $200 for one night and I come to BW for the hot tub. The water was somewhat unclean.
