"The place is spacious and very close to the Vatican city. Room looks just like the photos with a cute lift for moving luggages upstairs. Overall good value for money, would come back again."
"Pietro at reception was helpful and kind . I arrived late on my check in and he waited for me . Walking distance to the Vatican and metro stations which I like the most . "

"We had a great stay at this Hotel. The staff were awesome and very helpful. The Front Desk Staff Mirella and Alberto were very welcoming and hospitable. They both guided and assisted my husband and I on whatever question and needs we have. The Dining room staff were excellent and very friendly, The breakfast were delicious, wholesome and had a wide variety to select from.Salute to the cook . I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again in the future. Thank you for a great stay."

"When I was there they were remodeling the lobby and the bar area and making upgrades to a lot of things, once the remodeling is finished it will be beautiful, the hotel is in walking distance to everything had such a nice stay & vacation 👍"
"Front desk staff get my standing ovation. Check in made enjoyable and when needed help for medical issue, they were awesome. The place is wonderful, clean, and would definitely go there again."
"Very helpful staff, good breakfast, clean rooms. Nice lounge and bar area. Very good location being close to the Metro for getting to the main sights. Only criticism is the lifts - one ground to first, second down a corridor first to upper levels. Lifts are tiny for the number of residents and it's a problem when staff are trying to use the same lifts - gave up waiting and walked down four levels."
"AMAZING hotel, staff, and stay. Emanuele checked me into the hotel. He was very kind and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. I stayed in 6 different hotels on this vacation. Massimi City Garden was my favorite. In my opinion, it is a 5 star hotel. If I go back to Rome, I will definitely stay there again, and I will definitely recommend… I already have! Most perfect hotel!"
