"Excellent hotel in a great location. The hotel is well kept and the staff are very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay and we will be back again before long. The location is also great - the hotel and the area has a bit of a seaside feel, and Waterloo station is a short walk away with frequent Merseyrail train services to Liverpool centre. The hotel has a good bar and restaurant serving food most of the day. Can definitely recommend this hotel."

"Perfect place to stay to be close by the city of Liverpool but also to have the beach nearby. Very spacious property with all that you need for a comfortable stay. Adam was great at responding to any messages. As football fans it was the perfect location for our visit to Goodison for the stadium tour followed by a quick trip to Anfield and seeing Evertonâ€™s new ground at Bramley Moore. Crosby beach is very close by with amazing views and the perfect Waterloo sunset for some stunning walks as well as a visit to the statues of Another place by Sir Antony Gromley plus a great range of shops and restaurants just round the corner. Would very much recommend staying here as we hope to come back again."

"Sarah's property was easy to find and in a nice quiet location. Very convenient for trips into Liverpool but also good local shopping places and restaurants nearby. The information in the welcome pack was very useful. The property was perfect for our needs although being upstairs was not clear until we arrived so it was a little tricky to carry our luggage and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and Sarah was always helpful whenever I needed to contact her before our stay. Would happily stay here again."

"We had an amazing stay at The Spire.. The apartment (The Chancel), Waterloo, Liverpool was exceptionally comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. Everything had been thought of, and of excellent quality. The beds were so comfortable. The bedrooms spacious and again spotlessly clean. A unique apartment with fantastic architecture. A real talking point. Very secure, quiet and in a great location. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this super place. Orange Rentals are very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall a very positive experience. Will be happy to use them in the future."
