"Bedroom and bathroom were good size. Comfortable bed and brilliant shower. Room was clean and well maintained but could not open a window at night as we had patio doors opening onto the car park. Air-conditioning was available. Breakfast selection was reasonable but service to get coffee slow. The bar and restaurant areas need an upgrade as tables and soft furnishings looking very shabby. Lovely patio looking out onto the golf course, very relaxing. However, there must have been a lot of moisture in the foam seat cushions as the rear of my shorts was rather wet! We arrived in the middle of an event which was very loud and had been set up outside one of our rooms. Not ideal when we had young children. The manager did listen to our concerns and manage to resolve the issues."

"Sarah's property was easy to find and in a nice quiet location. Very convenient for trips into Liverpool but also good local shopping places and restaurants nearby. The information in the welcome pack was very useful. The property was perfect for our needs although being upstairs was not clear until we arrived so it was a little tricky to carry our luggage and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and Sarah was always helpful whenever I needed to contact her before our stay. Would happily stay here again."

"The rental was very dirty. There was thick mold throughout both bathrooms and the carpets were all stained. From the outside, it looked more like student housing than a nice rental. I immediately left the rental without ever taking possession of the keys. I immediately called VRBO who said they would look into it. I didn’t receive a call back until 1030 pm local time. I was basically left on my own with a family of four in a foreign country having to find somewhere to sleep that night. "

"We had an amazing stay at The Spire.. The apartment (The Chancel), Waterloo, Liverpool was exceptionally comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. Everything had been thought of, and of excellent quality. The beds were so comfortable. The bedrooms spacious and again spotlessly clean. A unique apartment with fantastic architecture. A real talking point. Very secure, quiet and in a great location. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this super place. Orange Rentals are very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall a very positive experience. Will be happy to use them in the future."
