They promptly offered me a much better room. I requested for an iron and ironing board and to my surprise, was informed that they dont have portable irons and provide laundry service. "Batavia Apartments is close to Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, where there are several major shopping areas. On Jalan Benhil, within walking distance of Batavia Apartments, there are several ATMs, restaurants, and convenience shops for snacks and drinks. There are always taxis located outside the Apartments, making transportation very easy from there. The staff are friendly. It's nice to have a spa on site, and I enjoyed a relaxing massage on the day I arrived. The pool area is beautiful."
