Hotel is down a long, narrow alley and can be hard to find as well as unpleasant to walk to. Things that can be improved: 1) Kettle in room should be metal, not cancer-causing plastic; 2) bathrooms need hand soap and smaller towels; 3) rooms need pots and pans for cooking with the in-room range; 4) better signage to help people...
