"I woke up at 1 AM feeling a bed bug crawling on my shoulder. I killed it and then lifting the covers to see an old mattress with some blood stains. I showered and left immediately. I hope to get a full refund. Room 222"

"With expedia gold i do have extended check out which was offered to me when checking in. So obviously from being out of town and our flight not being until 5pm, i said yes. Day comes to check out and at 12 the cleaning lady told me “i wasn’t aware you had extended check out” so i confirmed with the manager at the front and claimed it wasn’t on my reservation…. He ended up giving it to me after explaining the situation. But at 1pm i get a call from him rushing me out of my room saying “it’s past your check out time” I didn’t even want to argue anymore, I just left. "

"Clean room with essential kitchen items. Even a night light in the bathroom so you don't blind yourself in the middle of the night! Not a fan of the pillows though, they end up flattening out over night. "
