"Exellent room service, excellent location, rooms were clean, parking at the hotel was $112 for 4 nights if you want to park in the hotel parking lot but there are alternative options such as street parking and a parking garage within the same block. My only complaint would be the laundry room. Payment method was difficult as it would not accept my credit/debit card and there is no coin alternative I ended up using apple pay which was inconvienient as I had to download the app and the method costed more charging $6 just to wash instead of the $2.50 listed on the machine. As for the dryer i had to use apple pay again as it was again my only option as my debit/credit card did not go through but it actually took out the amount listed on the machine ($2.50)"

"My family and I had a great stay. Daisy ( I think that’s her name) she was amazing, very helpful in checking us in and out. Wish breakfast can be til 10:30am and housekeepers are quick in picking everything up at 9:30am. "

"I arrived a little after 3 am after a long drive drive from San Francisco. The check-in staff was friendly, courteous and quick. My room was nice and clean. I liked that my room was on the first floor near the parking area. Housekeeping staff seemed very cordial and welcoming."
