"Awesome spot just a few blocks from the beach and near a ton of great restaurants, bars, etc. Loved the Betty White room - it was bright, clean, and spacious. Enjoyed access to common kitchen and appreciated the daily continental breakfast. Staff was always pleasant and friendly as well. Noise travels quite a bit, but everyone was really nice about observing quiet hours. Plenty of street parking available. A small desk or table would have been nice in the actual room, but definitely not the end of the world. Glad there was a fridge and microwave though. I would definitely recommend Riverside!"

"As already shared in my rating, everything was wonderful! We loved the serenity of the place and location. Coffee, water, and tea were plentiful. Additionally, there was breakfast, and a social hour with alcohol. Personally, we don’t drink alcohol, but we did witness the beverages and appetizers. Everything looked great! We weren’t able to rate the breakfast, because we had to leave early each morning. We really enjoyed the bicycles. We rode them to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We are definitely planning to come back."

"Awesome experience!! Host were great about communicating. We loved the convenience to everything, beach and pier were just a couple minutes walk and resteraunts all in walking distance as well. Cozy little cottage that is set up really nice. We will definitely be back for another stay."

"We loved this rental. Description is 100% accurate and exceeded our expectations. Spotless, all amenities in perfect order, property management excellent, and great location just two blocks from the beach. Chico Feo restaurant in the next block was a big plus. Simple menu, and drink options, but all excellent, and we really enjoyed both their canned, and their live music."

"You can't beat this location! That's exactly why I booked it. Don't listen to the negative reviews about being in a fishbowl because of the stairs, just know that if you are a stickler about having a unobstructed view out of your window then this is not the location for you. If you are a stickler about getting a decent price for a location that is literally steps away from the beach with an ocean view, then this is the location for you. I wanted to spare no expense for my boyfriend's first real vacation, but be realistic and not get something extravagant for just the two of us. I knew by looking at the pictures the staircase was going to be in front of the picture window it was not an issue for us. The fact that we were so close to everything literally a row of houses away from the pier and Rita's was perfect.We were able to watch the Surfers, see dolphins, and if you take a helicopter tour to the lighthouse you will pass right in front of your condo! This was the best and most perfect location.The one comment I do have is that the bathroom could definitely be upgraded it was very hard to turn on the shower in the shower knob was old. There was also no air filter in the preexisting slots in the shared laundry room which could cause a little bit of privacy concern, but are neighbors next door while we were there did not use the laundry room. But it also caused some sound proofing issues as well."
