"It’s ok for the price. Breakfast was ok too. My only gripe is not allowing early check ins without a huge upcharge. Even if you are there a half an hour early. It’s a scam. The whole lobby was full of people waiting to check into rooms at 2:00 pm and even though I’m sure the rooms are ready they make you stay there or pay $40-$60 bucks to go in early.I wouldn’t stay there again because of this alone. The shuttle was way behind and you will have to wait up to an hour for that as well. "

"It had roaches, that heat did not work. I was cold all night. They came in and said it were work in 15 minutes and it never did. It had mold in the bathroom on the wall, the bathtub had a hole in it and it had a mat to cover it. The whole experience was horrible."

"There’s no direct call to the lobby to reach a hotel clerk. I had to call the hotel off of my cell phone. The people next to me had a little kids up after 12:30 AM screaming and jumping as if it were 2:00 pm and dog was barking. Security did come up. I scanned the QR code on the TV to get the menu. A children’s menu came up and when me and my grandkids went downstairs to order they said that menu didn’t exist anymore and he handed me a menu that didn’t have options for kids. The hotel hallway smelled like marijuana. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. "
