"Room cleanliness was great. Amenities were good. Staff was excellent! Not sticky obnoxious sweet…genuinely helpful and chill. Room service was as above and prompt. Everything about the burger and fries was great (esp the fries!) Beef in the burger was ok at best (seemed very frozen) and pickles weren’t an option! With me you can cover up a marginal burger w plenty of pickles! Breakfast was great! Overall I gave 5⭐️ because the staff was that and they can only work w what they’re given. Marriott, help ur people out w a product they can BRAG about not just know is edible…u give them something to be proud of and they will more than make up for the minimal cost increase!
