"Great accommodating hotel, provided me with accommodation at 0500 hours in the morning prior to check in time. Our flight was delayed due to weather. I can’t think them enough! 5 star ratings!"

"Having a shuttle was nice and easy to use and the staff were so nice but unfortunately the room was pretty gross and the smell was really hard to deal with the boxspring had blood in it and the mattress cover was covered in stains the bathtub had rusty cracks i get that its a budget motel but no reason for everything to be all dirty "

"Nice laundry facilities however there was no change machine and the front desk had no quarters. We had to go offsite to get quarters. We stayed 5 days and had to extend a day because of the Michigan blizzard. I asked for another bottle and the front desk said, "They said they only provide 2 bottles of water per stay." So I had to pay $3.00 for another one. On the plus side? They were in the process of replacing the TV's with new 52 inch (or larger?) TV's."

"Our and several other flights were cancelled so everyone was in a rush to get things ready. Our room was clean and tidy, staff was very pleasant while trying to get accommodations ready for guest. I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Express"
