O hotel esta muito detonado. Os quartos sujos, meu quarto quando cheguei, o pé da cama estava quebrado, sabonete usado no box do chuveiro e sem papel higiênico reposto. O aparelho de ar condicionado muito sujo, falta uma boa atencao nos quartos, e nao teve servico de arrumar o quarto no dia seguinte. Estacionamento R$ 50,00 reais a diaria. Uma pena, hotel bem localizado, de facil acesso a tudo, mas esta muito abandonado.

Café da manhã super fraco de opções e o sabor não estava muito bom, inclusive o bolo estava solado. No quarto os móveis velhos e as cobertas com mal cheiro. O banheiro o box estava quebrado, um verdadeiro perigo. No mais os funcionários atenciosos e solícitos. A localizado é bem ok do centro, se vc tiver carro mto baixo certamente vai pegar a frente quando sair da garagem.

Provavelmente o pior hotel em que já ficamos.

Poucas coisas justificariam o estado lamentável em que o hotel se encontra. Uma grave crise financeira poderia impedir a substituição dos móveis que estão praticamente se desmanchando, ou a compra de novos lençóis e cobertores que são de péssima qualidade, mas não impediria que um pano com água e detergente fosse passado nas paredes que apresentam manchas escuras como se alguma coisa nojenta tivesse sido espirrada nelas. Talvez outros quartos estejam em melhor estado de conservação, se for esse o caso, tivemos um tremendo azar. Ainda assim, um elevador estragado, móveis e colchões velhos empilhados nos corredores, água fria no chuveiro que não aqueceu e sujeira na recepção também colaboram para a péssima avaliação do hotel. Seria o caso de esperar demais pelo preço? Não. O valor da diária estava um pouquinho abaixo (bem pouco!) do valor de outros hotéis 3 estrelas na mesma região, o que, junto com as fotos do anúncio (provavelmente de muito tempo atrás, quando o hotel ainda era novo), não levantava suspeitas do atual estado do estabelecimento. Talvez o hotel esteja passando por uma reforma, o que torna tudo mais complicado, cria dificuldades, etc. Espero que seja este o caso e que em breve o hotel esteja lindo e maravilhoso. Mas para quem pretende se hospedar nele, sugiro que aguarde até que esse processo de renovação aconteça.
