The place was as advertised. We were a minutes walk from the beach. They attended to our every need. We started each day with an incredible breakfast provided to us from the staff. We felt very safe had a lot of privacy

Todo espectacular! El personal súper atento y amable, la limpieza excelente, la ubicación es fantástica, salís directo a la playa. Tener en cuenta que no hay lugares de comida en la zona, si queres comer en la playa hay un supermercado cerca, pero no hay kioscos ni pasan vendedores. El hotel te da servicio de reposeras, te dan sombrilla y mesita para playa. Incluso para los niños tienen baldes y juegos de arena, y tabla para barrenar. Sin duda volveremos!

Overall, it is a nice hotel. Unfortunately, during my stay, my room had no water for 24 hours. Almost all of the other rooms had their water restored the same day, after it was disrupted by a public works accident and repair.

Pontos positivos: na beira do mar, estrutura, narureza do entormo, ótimo traramento dos funcionários e um café da manha simples mas com produtos de boa qualidade. Pontos fracos: cama desconfortavel, tinha mosquitos no quarto, um pouco barulhento a noite mas, poderia ser so no meu quarto pq era ao lado do saguão, o hotel fica distante de outros pontos da cidade e como choveu nos dias que estive por lá nao foi possivel aproveitar a praia entao a distancia de tudo atrapalhou um pouco. O grande problema foi a falta de rasoabilidade para resolver problemas pois reservei um quarto triplo e ao invés de colocar dois hóspedes coloquei um. Acabei pagando diretamente ao hotel 85% a mais pelo segundo hóspede que por simulação no site do hoteis.com nao passaria de 20%.

Gostei do atendimento, da paz do lugar e do café da manhã. Adorei o suco orgânico que fazem. Meu quarto tinha muito cheiro de mofo, tive crise alérgica, pois sou alérgica. Encontrei no quarto teia de aranha com pequenas aranhas e o box do banheiro estava com mau cheiro, mas tudo o que mencionei não desqualificou a estadia, seria mais sugestivo pra melhorar. O lugar é lindo, cercado de árvores frtutiferas, ervas, uma graça, muito aconchegante. O mar é bastante agitado no ponto da pousada, mas há cabine de salva- vidas próxim, e só ter cuidado. Uma delícia ver o sol nascer e se pôr. Gratidão !

Pousada excelente, muito confortável e aconchegante e de frente para o mar, fazendo jus ao nome! Fomos muito bem atendidos no checkin, no entanto, no café da manhã decepcionou um pouco, marcamos o último horário, e acabou iogurte e pão, quando solicitado, foi informado inicialmente que não seria reposto devido ao horário, era cravado 10h, quando questionei abriu se a possibilidade de colocar direto no copo do meu filho, e quando foi ver, tinha acabado, o pão, foi fornecido, mas com uma ma vontade, que se não tivesse se tratando de uma criança, teria devolvido! A experiência e tratamento inicial, bem como no jantar solicitado, foram excelentes, mas o tratamento no café da manhã acabou decepcionando, o que poderia ter sido excelente!

Maravilhoso! Quando cheguei no quarto, tocava uma música suave, estava tudo pronto, limpo, cheiroso. Me senti chegando num SPA. Excelente atendimento, tudo muito acolhedor e confortável, banho delicioso, toalha macia! A pousada fica literalmente na areia e a praia é incrível!

Infelizmente, uma estadia muito ruim. Cheguei no hotel por volta das 13:30 horas, fiz o check-in e estava programado para entrar no quarto as 15 horas. Todavia, esqueceram de limpar um quarto e só fui conseguir entrar as 18:40 horas, após discutir com a gerente. Como fizeram a limpeza muito rápido, o quarto não estava limpo a contento e estava repleto de pernilongos. Somente após reclamar no chat da Hotels.com o hotel providenciou alguma forma de compensação (um late check-out, no dia seguinte, que eu não pude usar porque tinha outros compromissos). O mérito fica para a equipe da Hotel.com, que foi muito atenciosa comigo no chat e tentou minimizar da melhor forma o atendimento ruim que recebi do hotel. Agradeço à equipe da hotels.com.
