O pessoal que trabalha no hotel e bacana, voltei inclusive por isso. Já havia me hospedado outra vez no local mas o apto que me deram dessa vez estava em piores condições que o da primeira vez. O teto levemente mofado, o apto sujo e os bem móveis antigos. Como fui apenas para passar um dia ok. Mas acredito que o hotel possa melhorar a questão dos aptos para ficarem mais a altura de seus atendentes que são sempre muito solícitos e educados.

Otimo atendimento !!

O atendimento foi ímpar. Atendentes simpáticos e prestativos . O quarto era bom apesar de um cheiro típico de fechado, nada que caso não estivéssemos em uma época como o COVID não fosse super fácil de resolver abrindo todas as janelas etc. O café da manhã era ok. Mas o ponto principal é o atendimento. Muito bom. E o estacionamento no local, primordial pra quem viaja de carro.

Muy lindo hotel. Familiar. Con buenos detalles de confort en la habitación. La atención excelente. Solo habían muchos mosquitos pero prendimos espirales a la noche y problema solucionado.

Hotel muito bonito, staff excelente, fazem de tudo para dar o melhor atendimento, café da manhã muito bom, tem estacionamento, a decoração do local é lindíssima, os quartos são grandes, enfim, super recomendado.

Bom atendimento, conforto e café da manhã

Camas confortáveis, boa estrutura no quarto, varanda, cozinha etc. Gostamos bastante dos espaços da área comum, café da manhã, limpeza, atendimento e presteza dos funcionários, todos bastante solícitos. Sugerimos apenas a instalação de um bebedouro (filtro) e uma reforma do banheiro. O nosso possuía bidê, vaso sanitário e azulejos na cor escura. Sugerimos apenas substituí-los por cores claras e ducha.
