"The room was very clean and cozy! Very quiet motel. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in Sedalia. Lots of places to eat in the area and the fairgrounds are just down the street. My husband I were very pleased."

"It was a filthy place. Felt unsafe while there
Staff was belittling, unhelpful and would not refund money for two of the nights we did not stay. Room was full of roaches, floor was very sticky and beds were crusty. Save your money and go somewhere else."
