"Je suis arrivé dans une chambre infestée d’araignées, y compris sur le lit. J’ai essayé de signaler le problème, on m’a proposé un changement de chambre, que j’ai refusé vu l’état général du lieu. J’ai quitté l’hôtel immédiatement, sans utiliser la chambre, mais aucun remboursement ne m’a été accordé. Expérience très décevante, aucun geste commercial, aucune empathie. Je déconseille fortement."

"The hotel looks quite new and therefore was clean and modern inside. the staff were very friendly and chatty. On arrival, we initially drove past it as it’s on an industrial estate and the lighting in the area is poor. The Best Western sign could be bigger and illuminated to give better visibility at the car park entrance. But other than that, it’s a great hotel. "

"Room is terribly small and basic, and the bathroom even worse. The water drainage of the shower is bad, resulting in water flowing all over the bathroom floor, making the floor mat all wet and yucky. The bathroom door open inwards, resulting in very limited space when exiting the bathroom. No amenities provided. The ventilation in the room is bad, resulting in smell (had to open the window). Bed is comfortable and breakfast is basic but tasty. I feel it’s not worth the price, except to be close...

"New construction with good space. I would like to see a refrigerator in the room. But good place to stay."

"Comfortable bed for the night, breakfast was good with an endless supply of sel-service options. A few eateries around the place, Buffalo Grill, a Vietnamese and of course McDonalds all within walking distance."

"Absolutely stunning property and one of the best b&b’s I’ve stayed in to date. The place is immaculate, the room and bathroom to a very high standard. No expenses spare and some brilliant small touches that just make such a difference. So nice to meet Murial what a lovely lady and so accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding. "

"Smooth check in, wonderful and helpful staff. We forgot our wine bottle opener, so we asked at the front desk and the gentleman found one for us as qell as wine glasses to use. No parking however you can use the parking garage near by at a reduced rate through hotel. Great location next the the cathedral and short walk downtown for shopping and food. No elevator, only a very old staircase that had uneven and narrow steps the higher you climbed. This was a challenge with our large suitcases....
