Everything was great in our stay to visit the Xmas markets in Mets. The room is spacious and well designed. The bed is comfortable enough to have a good night sleep.

Friendly staff. The room for 4 was very clean and nicely furnished. We felt comfortable there. Location is very good (mall and many separate restaurants). Very good connection to highway. Free and sufficient parking spaces.

J’ai demandé à être au calme et on m’a répondu oui car il y aura personne au dessus de votre tête. Résultat des courses : 23:00 ça commence avec déplacement de meubles, rires forts etc… Bref … Ensuite a l’arrivée, une odeur d’égout et le comble un p’tit dej à 21 euros : pas d’œufs brouillés, eau non prête pour faire les œufs à la coque dc attente le temps que ça boue. En gros pour moi décevant.

L'hôtel est totalement neuf, refais avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel est top et le directeur hyper proche de ses clients. Je reviendrai les yeux fermés.

Bon séjour, mais faire un effort sur la propreté

Séjour plutôt agréable, bonne literie et bon WiFi. Bon emplacement (beaucoup de restaurants à proximité) et environnement plutôt calme. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût. En revanche la propreté et l'état des chambres mériteraient vraiment une attention plus poussée. Les w.c. n'étaient pas bien nettoyés, le sol autour de la cuvette était taché de gouttes d'urine, le sol n'avait pas été lavé. Il y avait des moutons de poussière au sol et de la poussière sur les tasses à café et sur l'étagère de la télévision. Dommage que l'entretien des chambres ne soit pas fait régulièrement, car celles-ci vont très vite se dégrader. Une partie de la peinture au bas du mur le long du lit était partie (voir photo). Dernière chose : nous avons payé à l'hôtel 4,40 € de taxe de séjour (pour 2 nuits pour 2 personnes) alors que la somme annoncée sur Hotels.com lors de la réservation était de 3,60 €.
