"Clean rooms but old , breakfast good"

"Our stay at the Hyatt Branchburg location was overall very nice. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was pleasant, and everything felt well kept and comfortable. The breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options. The only issue we had was with the pull-out sofa bed. In order to fully pull it out, we had to move the desk area over, which was inconvenient after a long day of traveling and activities. Because of that, we ended up leaving it closed and my son slept on it without opening it. Other than that, everything else was great. My only suggestion would be to offer more meat options at breakfast for guests who do not eat pork. Overall, we had a good stay and would definitely consider staying again."

"This place is terrible! Even if you only stay one night out of two they make you pay for two nights! The pillows were flat and the room was stinky! I would not recommend this hotel! The breakfast was not good either! It tasted like it had been sitting too long even though it’s supposed to be “fresh”. There are much better options close by!"

"Loved the Continental breakfast and the room and amenities are spectacular. I must give special mention to Sandra, at the Front Desk. What a lovely woman. Always with a smile and friendly word. She is a true Gem to your hotel. Keep smiling my Island sister!"

"Room was semi-clean. No real amenities and the snack area had hardly anything. It was a ghost town . And on two occassions at the front desk employees were bickering and venting."
