Positif : Très bien situé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement, bien agencé, propre (malgré une forte odeur venant des toilettes). La piscine est top mais interdiction de mettre de la crème solaire pendant la baignade. Compliqué en plein soleil sous 35 degrés.Négatif : appartement juste séparé de la maison par des portes fermées à clés. On est au 1er étage de la maison qui a été amenagé. On entend tout dans la maison et surtout le chien qui réveille tout le monde très tôt le matin. Impossible de faire une grasse matinée.Toutes les fenêtres de la propriétaire, souvent présente, donnent sur la piscine. Ce qui met mal à l'aise et n'est pas clair dans l'annonce.La seule fois où j'ai voulu prendre le soleil, la propriétaire s'est installé avec des amis sur la terrasse de la piscine. Je ne suis donc pas restée car pas à l'aise en maillot de bain devant des étrangers.Beaucoup de passage : jardinier, femme de ménage, famille, amis,... on s'est sentis de trop et mal à l'aise.Le chien est adorable mais très énergique. Il a fait ses besoins dans le jardin...Il y a eu des gros travaux toute la semaine ! Bétonnière, scie électrique, coup de marteaux incessants vulgarité des ouvriers de 8h à 17h tous les jours sans interruption !!!! Impossible de rester dehors.Ordures ménagères à descendre au village attention aux sangliers le soir ! Dangereux !Prix élevé car le logement n'est pas fait pour séjourner mais juste parfait comme point de chute pour visiter la région.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Unsere Gastgeberin Francoise war sehr herzlich, freundlich und diskret.Die Wohnung ist geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Pool ist groß und sehr sauber. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein und es gibt einen neugierigen und verspielten Vierbeiner. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Absolute Empfehlung

Der Empfang durch die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und uns wurde dann auch direkt die FEWO mit dem sehr sehr schönen Pool sowie der gesamte Außenberich gezeigt. Die Ausstattung ist wie angegeben bzw. auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Zu beachten ist, dass beide Schlafzimmer nur über die Terasse und nicht direkt verbunden sind. Uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört aber für Familien mit Kleinkindern kann das ja eventuell relevant sein. Die Entfernung zur Ortsmitte des wirklich sehr schönen Flayosz würde ich mit ca. 12 Minuten Fußweg angeben. Insgesamt war es eine wirklich sehr schöne FEWO die wir bedenkenlos zu 100% weiterempfehlen können.

Aufenthalt in Flayosc

Wir wurden, trotz später Stunde, sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Inventar gepflegt. Der Garten ist hübsch angelegt. Der Pool ist wirklich riesig und war immer sehr sauber. Françoise war eine tolle und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Tolle Wohnung in typisch südfranzösischer Umgebung

Schöner Aufenthalt in sehr schöner Wohnung! Sie liegt ruhig, fußläufig vom Ortskern von Flayosc (dort gibt es Mini-Supermärkte, Metzger, Bäcker, zig Restaurants, etc. alles). Toller Pool, den man sich theoretisch ausschließlich mit der sehr sehr freundlichen Besitzerin teilt (sie war nie im pool wenn wir dort waren). Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Malerisches Flayosc

Wir haben Urlaub im malerischen Flayosc gemacht, in einer sehr sauberen, schönen, gut ausgestatteten und gut gelegenen Ferienwohnung mit großem Pool. Man ist schnell im Dorf beim Bäcker und der Gastronomie. DIe Vermiederin ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend, diskret und wohnt im gleichen Haus. Sie ist bei Fragen immer ansprechbar und hilft gern.

Ferienhaus Flyosc Juni 2023

Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr Sauber angetroffen.Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, in 5 Gehminuten ist man aber im Zentrum mit Bäcker (*****) ,einigen schönen Lokalen, das gegenüber des Bäckers wäre unser Top Favorit und zwei kleinen Supermärkten.Direkt vor Ort kann man sehr, sehr guten Wein aus der Region erwerben. Wir sind sehr nett von der Vermieterin, die auch im Haus wohnt empfangen worden. Die Küche ist neu, die zwei Schlafzimmer liegen getrennt, so das man nicht innerhalb der Ferienwohnung Zugang hat, aber dennoch beisammen. Beide Schlafzimmer haben ein Bad mit Dusche und WC, alle Räumlichkeiten sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. zur Küche gehört auch ein kleiner Wohnbereich. Der Pool ist immer sauber, dafür sorgt die Vermieterin selbst. Das Gartenhaus mit einen tollen Sitzplatz mit Gassgrill befindet sich direkt an der Ferienwohnung die im hinteren Teil des Hauses liegt. Zum Strand braucht man gut 35 Minuten mit dem Auto. Monaco ca. 1.25 std. Es gibt Stechmücken wogegen man unbedingt etwas dabeihaben sollte, hält sich aber in Grenzen. Alle Zimmer haben Fliegengitter. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Super Lage. Nur 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Dorf mit Restaurants und Bäckereien und Supermärkte. Sehr schöner Pool, welchen man für sich alleine hat. Kommen gerne wieder.

Françoise vous accueille avec tant de chaleur que très vite vous vous sentez un peu chez vous. L'appartement,le jardin et la magnifique piscine tout y est pour vous permettre de passer un très bon séjour. Nous sommes restés 8 jours mais serions volontiers restés davantage. Excellent séjour à Flayosc

Gite neuf et très agréable. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Piscine grande et chaises longues très appréciées. Flayosc est a 5 mn a pieds avec plusieurs très bons restaurants, marché le lundi matin. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec les enfants.

Heerlijk verblijf

Genoeg ruimte voor een gezin van 4, vanuit de gecombineerde woonkamer is er een gang naar de eerste slaapkamer en een ruime badkamer. De andere slaapkamer heeft een eigen kleine badkamer. Deze slaapkamer is over een betegelde buiten terras/gang te bereiken. Via dit terras/gang kan zowel beide slaapkamers als de woonkamer direct bereikt worden. Er is een terras waar je heerlijk kunt ontbijten, lunchen en dineren, in juli was het in de avond minder fijn vertoeven op dit terras vanwege de muggen. Het zoutwater zwembad is fantastisch en is privé. In de omgeving is er genoeg te doen. De gastvrouw is discreet en erg aardig en behulpzaam! Wij hebben genoten en komen vast nog eens terug.
