"This property is beautiful, spacious & updated. Gorgeous lake & mountain views with easy access to beachfront. Hosts communicated very well. Only thing I would say is let people know to reserve taxis ahead of time for everything. We were stranded at train station when we got there. A friendly local gave us a ride. It would’ve been a 40 min walk with luggage without sidewalks on a busy road to get there. Also there isn’t a way to get food if you get in late. Nothing nearby, no delivery options....

"Location of check in is 5 minute walk from the train station and super easy to find. Grazia and Marco are both lovely and welcoming. The accommodation is based in a traditional old Italian backstreet building with steep stairs and high ceilings, it is quaint and beautiful. Our room (3rd floor) for a couple was small but adequate, the bed was comfortable and the balcony over looking the mountain a nice touch. "The location of this hotel is great! Right at the lake, very calm, private little beach/terrace area from which you can also enter the lake for a swim. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant and bar area were also very cute! We had lunch at the restaurant once and were very happy with the price/quality. "

"Perfect place to stay when exploring Lake Como. Left car in free parking and walked into Bellagio and ferry terminal to visit other villages! Short walk to local beach.
