"Everything is good about the hotel but the location is not very convenient. It takes about 30 minutes walk to the reef boat ports and 20 minutes to the downtown."

"Great location for young kids as this property has a few pools to choose from and activities. The cafe style bar area was really great for nights that you did t feel like going out. We stayed there for a sporting event and so did a few others in our group and we all enjoyed our stay "

"Nice hotel less than 10 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of the centre. Good parking. Muddys opposite the hotel excellent for food and a 10% discount for staying at Cairns Plaza. Excellent value for money."

"Situated on an amazing island and in a beautiful national park; but resort looks a bit tired and in need of a good clean and spruce up. Beach cabin room was lovely right on the beach but no bedside lamps or low lighting. Main restaurant food was good but pricey; Foxy’s bar / casual eatery was great with awesome views - our fave spot. Overall a good experience in an amazing natural environment but could have been better with some small improvements."
