"Emily and Kelly Keeford both amazing members of staff that worked in the Radius restaurant. They made our experience exceptional and they were very knowledgeable. Rooms very beautiful and clean! A few negatives were that the reception lady very rude. Hard to get hold of reception especially on the phone from an external line. I also couldn’t get a response through email either. I’ve already been and stayed for a few days an still haven’t had a response. Hopefully reception get some more friendly staff as I had this issue last time I stayed and it was sad to see it hasn’t changed! "

"Nobody at reception when we arrived. Rang doorbell twice and eventually just got told key under mat, nothing else. Another couple turned up to try and check in and they gave up after about 30 mins and left as no answer"
