"Once I got checked in it was a wonderful stay. However my check-in process was a mess. I used the kiosk and it said my room wasn’t ready yet, mind you this was booked weeks in advance and we arrived hours after check-in time. So I had to wait for a person to check in with and I stood there for over 20 minutes waiting before someone finally walked out to the front desk. I was already exhausted from the day’s activities and was ready to get into bed, so the wait was very annoying when it should have been done within minutes. There wasn’t anything wrong with my room and it had been ready to begin with.. so technology is great as long as it’s working properly."
