Modern spacious townhouse

This three bedroom modern and beautifully presented townhouse is located in a quiet residential area of Fingal Bay. Its location is an easy 5 minute walk from the pristine waters of the patrolled beach of Fingal Bay, nearby Sports and Recreation Club and convenience store.

The townhouse is decorated with new, stylish furnishings. The downstairs open plan living area is tiled and offers a fully equipped kitchen. The living area includes a LCD TV, DVD and docking station.

The three bedrooms are upstairs, all are carpeted and decorated tastefully with new furniture. Also upstairs is the main bathroom which has a fabulous spa and separate shower.

Bedroom one has a queen bed, TV, BIR, ceiling fan, ensuite with walk in shower and access to a small private balcony.

Bedroom two has a queen bed, BIR, ceiling fan and access to a small balcony.

Bedroom three has two single beds, BIR and ceiling fan, you can also access the balcony from this room. Property has linen and bed makes provided.

The property has an enclosed private courtyard, and a communal pool and BBQ area is located in the complex. Double lock up garage and internal laundry with extra toilet and washer and dryer complete this property.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Great value for this appartment. Affordable for a lovely weekend away. Didn't have enough coffee and sugar though to suit 6 people

Great location, quiet, friendly neighbours. We will definitely stay again, however next time we will bring a dish cloth, hand/body soap & teabags/coffee - I thought these would have been provided & had to got to the general store nearby to get these. It was clean enough, however the ensuite toilet roll had a large stain that had soaked right through it and there didn't seem to be any spare rolls anywhere.

Great property

Walking distance to beach Enough space for family to spend time together and also chill out separately. Kids enjoyed the communal pool. We had a great time and will stay again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall place looks much smaller than the pictures suggest. Location is great, and quiet. Many basic amenities are missing. We didn’t have any dish scrubbers, mops, or even tissues. Dustbin liners were missing and so were any mats! The toilets didn’t have any locks which made no sense at all. Poorly designed place and stay.

This is a really great townhouse in a very quiet area and in a fantastic location, only 3 min drive to the amazing Fingal Beach or an easy walk. A lovely clean spacious house that has all the amenities needed, communal pool,a private courtyard where we thoroughly enjoyed having our meals. The linen pack provided is excellent as the sheets and towels came from the dry cleaners. Highly recommended!

Great weekend away

Such a great weekend . The property was in a good location and quiet neighbourhood , the house and it’s amenities were perfect the group. Although I was ensured that linen was included it wasn’t but that was the only flaw other then that can’t recommend enough really enjoyed the stay!!
