"I am allergic to dog and cat and from the moment I walked in to the room 221 I started sneezing and itching all night!"

"My room was on the first floor. Hot water came quickly and hot enough. The room was clean. Towels were fairly new. The bed was comfortable. The room had a mini fridge but no microwave. I stayed at this hotel because I needed to go to SF CBD in the morning. I knew the hotels in downtown were much more expensive and difficult to find parking spot. The stay worked well. I recommend this hotel."

"I stayed at this hotel for one night and noticed multiple bedbug bites the next morning after checking out. I reported the issue right away. The hotel’s response was to say they could not handle any refund directly and that I needed to go through Expedia. Expedia then contacted the hotel on my behalf, but after additional waiting, the hotel still declined to refund the room charge. This was extremely disappointing. The most serious issue is the apparent hygiene problem, as no guest should have to worry about waking up with bedbug bites after a stay. On top of that, the customer service was poor. Instead of taking responsibility and addressing the matter properly, the hotel pushed the issue elsewhere and ultimately refused to make it right. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. Based on the cleanliness concern and the lack of accountability afterward, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others."

"The room was not spacious and not super clean a lot of dust. The furniture is old and the floor not very clean to walk on, the sink in the bathroom was very tiny so there’s no space to put any of your essential stuff. "

"Good enough for an affordable stay. Midway between SFO airport and Palo Alto where Stanford U located. Very convenient with lots of shops around such as Trader Joe. I will stay there again."

"Check in and check was a breeze. The rooms were very clean. The restaurant personal were exceptional. I really have to praise the Valet . I woke up to a puncture tire on my personal vehicle the morning of departure. The valet attendant went above and beyond to repair my tire just enough to get the care to tire shop. Special thanks to him, and I'm sorry i did not get his name."

"Everything about this hotel (cleanliness, staff, amenities) was wonderful and much to our liking. As stated before, the daily parking fee (on the property) does not seem necessary, when staying for a week or more!"
