"The stay at the hotel was incredible, we loved every minute. The facility is beautiful, the rooftop is fantastic, and my partner loved the pool! Would love to come back.
My only complaint is that they DRAMATICALLY underestimated the time needed to get to the airport and the shuttle was late. It was a domestic flight I recommend they tell everyone to leave two hours before. "

Fun at Hotel Sahrai with royal views, outdoor pools, kids' activities, and on-site babysitting for family-focused luxury.
"Hotel Sahrai was exceptional! A beautifully designed hotel for a great price! Rooms were beautiful and clean and bathroom beautifully designed and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, great pool, fantastic food! , check in with tea and pasties to the room were all special touches. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us- and let us checkout late since we had a late flight. The breakfast was delicious and bar was open late for drinks and music at Jungle- very fun! "The location of the riad is ideal - close to the excitement of the Medina, yet just outside the noise and bustle of the streets.
The property is exquisite and the rooms large and comfortable.
The pool is both beautiful and refreshing.
The staff, however, is where this riad excels. Fati, Yasmin, and Nasir are exceptional and always available to help.
If travelling to Morocco, make sure you find time to stay at this riad. "

"Super easy to find from the Blue Gate, and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. A spectacular traditional Riad with high ceilings, and well appointed."

"During the last 2 days, the Riad was privatized even if we were there. We were asked to act as we were friends and not customers. We were unable to sleep for 2 nights in a row due to event celebrations of the party that rented the Riad.
The service was not good. During the whole stay nobody cleaned the room. "

Family-friendly Fes retreat with outdoor pool, royal palace access, and complimentary massages awaits young explorers.
"Things to like - location is close to petite taxi and near the top of the Medina which in Fes is important because it's built on a hill.
The official guide recommended was decent but still took you to the rug shops etc even after saying no thanks.
The manager is pretty good and helpful as is the night manager, but doesn't speak much English which wasn't an issue. The day person is less helpful. Laundry, was more expensive than in Europe, and they separated whites and charged for two loads, and...

"We only stayed one night at Hotel Sahrai, but overall we enjoyed the modern design and spacious feel of the hotel. The room had a very stylish and contemporary atmosphere, and we appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts as well.
The pasta we ordered for lunch was delicious, although the waiting time was a bit long, so we would recommend sharing if someone is in a hurry. We also ordered a Caprese dish, but what arrived seemed more like bruschetta with melted cheese and mushrooms rather than a traditional Caprese. We believe it may have simply been a miscommunication, so we politely accepted and enjoyed the dish without any issue.
The room and bathroom design, especially the glass elements, felt modern, fun, and a bit sexy. However, there were unfortunately significant clogging issues with both the wash basin and bathtub. In addition, the toilet had a noticeable sewage smell during our stay.
We also felt the grayish carpet in the room may need replacing, as it did not appear very clean and had a strong musty smell each time we returned to the room from outside.
That said, the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. With some improvements to the bathroom maintenance and carpeting, the experience could become much more enjoyable."
"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce magnifique Riad. Le personnel est tellement attentionné ( Hasan, yusuf et Khadya et tout les autres membres de l’établissement). Ce fut un séjour parfait!"
"Beautiful hotel! The location in the medina can be difficult to navigate on your own, but the staff are very helpful in assisting with transportation. The pool, dinner, and breakfast were especially nice, making the hotel a beautiful oasis in the midst of a busy (and sometimes overwhelming) city."
"Everything was excellent. Beautiful riad, incredible people, delicious breakfast. They helped us get a cab from the airport, booked us a private guide, and made sure we had everything we needed. I slept so well and was extremely comfortable. Excellent location. Highly recommended"
"If I could, I would give more than 5 stars for this breathtaking riad in the old city Fes. If you are a frequent traveler, you probably have have experienced the catfish aspect of a property posting it's unrealistically beautiful pictures on these platforms. Riad Mazar Fes is the exception. Pictures don't do justice to how beautiful this exceptionally build and meticulously maintained riad. And that is not the best thing about it. For starters, it's people tops the charts.
Owner of the place Mr. Khaled treated us like family. He gave us time and attention, giving us a background of the place he build from ruins to a palace like riad. Being an arts and antiquities collector shows in his attention to detail here. He selected a wonderful staff too. Omar at the front desk couldn't be any nicer. He was willing to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.
Having stayed in a riad before, I was afraid that our room would be another old and uncomfortable space. It was surprisingly very modern and had all the comforts of a 5 star hotel. Daily clean towels and sheets, clean bathroom, fridge, TV, A/C, hairdryer, you name it, it has it. I can name a few top name hotel chains that are not as clean and comfortable as the room we had.
Location is a walking distance to all attractions in Fes including the market, tanneries and historic sites, at thhe same time avoiding the noise and insccesiblity. You can park your car right in front of the property. I highly recommend it."
"Located just outside the bustling medina, Riad Le Toyour is a true oasis of calm and beauty. The interior courtyard and rooftop are filled with lovingly maintained plants and flowers, with birds all around. It really feels like a little Garden of Eden.
Our room was comfortable, very clean, and beautifully furnished, with thoughtful personal touches that made it feel both elegant and welcoming.
What truly sets this place apart, though, is the service. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. We were especially impressed by Idris, the riad manager, who went above and beyond to take care of us and ensure every detail of our stay was just right. We felt less like hotel guests and more like visitors in someone’s home.
We would absolutely recommend Riad Le Toyour to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat in Fes. We would gladly return!"
