We really enjoyed our stay. The ‘brothers’ took excellent care of us and we were able to easily arrange two tours of the city, which was very helpful as we were only there for one day. The place was very clean and beautiful. The shower was very hot and full. The best part was walking up the alleyways of the Medina. It took us back in time and it was easy to appreciate the historical aspects of this amazing city. We have definitely fallen in love with Morocco and it’s people!

Beautiful, but dated. Rooms were clean, but it was very loud both during the day and at night. The food was good, but exactly the same each day with a very small menu. The staff was helpful but most things we had to ask for 2-3 times before getting them. There was no daily bill so be prepared to keep track of items ordered to pay at checkout. Good location and happy with the coordinated tours, but getting ahold of the manager was often delayed. Overall, good enough.

This stay was not what we expected based on the ratings that we saw posted. We were three women traveling and the hotel is very removed and hard to reach-15 minutes through Medina maze. When we arrived we were not sure we were in the correct place based on photos. We reserved two rooms. The first one we were shown did not look as if it had been prepared for guests and as if someone else was staying there. The second room was in a different building and not up to the quality of photos . We ended up leaving and not staying there.

I’d definitely stay again

The staff were so fantastic. Amin & Adnan went above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The Riad is beautiful inside and well kept. The beds were comfortable. Dinner was one of the best we’ve had on our trip.

I had a great stay at the Palais Fès Yahya. Not only was the Riad a charming and well-located place, the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. When you stay here you aren't just getting the benefit of the hotel. Fès can be difficult to navigate as a tourist, and the hotel is also useful for organizing other trips (e.g. guided tours, day trips). They use people they know, who are themselves honest (trust me - you don't want to get guides from the street in Fès!). As an added bonus, the restaurant on the terrace is quite good, and you can end up meeting other travelers there (it tends to be a friendly environment, encouraged by the staff).

I had an excellent experience at Palais FRS Yahia! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Abdul was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and his crew — Ahmed, Marwane, Amine, and Rayan — went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and enjoyable. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out. The food was delicious, full of authentic flavor, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is warm and elegant, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a great time with family or friends. Thanks to Abdul and his amazing team, my visit was memorable. I highly recommend Palais Fès Yahia to anyone looking for outstanding service, delicious food, and a truly special experience.

L’accueil s’est bien passé jusqu’à ce que l’on apprenne qu’il y avait un problème avec notre chambre et que nous étions transféré dans une autre Riad qui tout compte fait était beaucoup moins bien. Le lendemain, on a compris que le problème de notre chambre était dû à de l’over booking dû à un gros groupe. On a eu un rabais de 10% mais pas satisfaisant pour nous.
