What an amazing experience in Fes. From the moment we stepped into the Riad, the warm welcome and friendly service was unparalleled to any other Riad or Hotel we stayed at on this trip. The manager greeted us personally and every staff member was willing to take care of all elements of our trip, from booking taxis, making restaurant recommendations, luggage service and serving breakfast. We were there in the off season, so it was a little quieter, however that didn’t interfere with the experience of staying here. Would absolutely recommend and will stay here again next time I’m in Fes. Special thanks to Hassan, Mouad and Siham for showing us exceptional hospitality.

Lovely riad in the heart of the Medina-family owned and operated with a wonderful staff who literally walked us all over the city. Food was excellent and the rooms were spacious and clean. Will return.

Stunning riad with really professional and helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast on the terrace was lovely, and our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff helped us book a private taxi on the last day and also helped us with our luggage as we had to walk a distance out to access the main road. Accessibility is probably the only downside as you have to walk around 10 minutes from the main road to get to the property.

Best stay I’ve had in Morocco, ever!

This was an absolutely incredible place to stay. It was clean, cozy, and beautiful, and the rooms all had AC and were so comfy. Even the body wash was scented with local orange blossom. The staff were all so warm and so welcoming - we felt right at home the entire time and were so sad to say goodbye to them all! They were kind and helpful and always smiling. I would come here again in a heartbeat!

Good location inside the Medina. The staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom were okay, a little dated and dark. The shower was a little strange. It definitely could use better lighting. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan pastries and juice.

The staff made our experience go from great to excellent! They packed us to-go breakfasts when we had an early tour and went out of their way to find us a new ride when ours cancelled at the last minute. The shower head had good pressure but did not spray out well, but otherwise, it was clean and smelled wonderful every time we came back at the end of the day!

Beautiful well-located Riad in the Fes Medina

Beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina, well located and walkable to all parts of the Medina. Riad is beautifully restored, and they are in the process of adding new luxury suites and a pool that will be lovely. The staff was wonderful, helpful and accommodating for anything we needed. They arranged for us a walking tour of the Medina which was so necessary for us to get a good sense of the maze-like alleys and showing us things we never would have found on our own. They also arranged for seamless pickup from the train station to the Riad. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommend!

This Riad tucked inside the Medina is an oasis of calm and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. The staff were super friendly and helpful and catered to our every need, from arranging a porter to get us and our luggage to the Riad initially to putting us on beautiful rooms and bringing breakfast up to the roof terrace each day. We had a wonderful stay, only thing to note, much of the businesses in the Medina do not open on a Friday, so we were glad we had time before Friday to experience it, as Friday was a very quiet day.

The property is lovely and in a great location. Our room was clean and extremely comfortable and the plunge pool was refreshing. Both Younes and Khadiga were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Fes.

We stayed at Algila Fes Riad for two nights and enjoyed our time here. We were welcomed with Moroccan mint tea /some cookies, and all staffs were super nice and helpful. Shout out to Ahmed, who helped explain custom, history, and religion to us! We def loved chatting with him and learning about Moroccan culture. Breakfast was delicious and hearty too.

Good but not sure about next time

Team was welcoming and very attentive and friendly. Located not far from the local Hugh market. This riad is quite far from the road and taxis and Located in an unpleasant place during night and dark hours can be quite intermediating
