"Good property, managed well"

"Superb stay in extremely comfortable B&B. Exceptional welcome and local advice with directions. Perfect for overnight stop en route N or S ,a pity really to write that, as out of winter it would be great with family, as they have a large garden , garden room with self cooking facilities. Also top class restaurants in pretty villages, a short drive away( but not walk). "

"Nice room, nice building. Dinner was not available, to my regret."

"Lovely B&B in very pleasant, quite location, with great amenities (my personal highlight was the pool), beautiful decor and absolutely lovely, attentive hosts. Whether you are looking for a rural retreat, gastronomic / wine tour or just an accommodation to visit the region / attend a wedding - it's a great choice all together!"

"Great breakfast: very friendly management"

"Accueil très sympa ! Chambre spacieuse et agréable ! Au calme. Petit déjeuner comme à la maison."

"Un vrai coup de coeur cette location ! Le mélange entre les vieilles pierres et la touche de modernité est magnifique !"

"Lodges Lao exceeded our expectations! Breakfast was amazing! "

"Nice little hotel but they didn’t provide basic stuff. No hair conditioner, no body lotion. Second day they gave us shampoo… other than that it was okay. The room was really tiny. Hard to have space for our luggage. "

"If you want a property with character this is it! We stayed in the Cinema Room & it was quirky. A round bed (very comfy) with antique furniture, projector & screen. Very clean (but an old bathroom with high top bath that you step in to shower) & lovely friendly host. Breakfast was very nice, great pastries, coffee, cereal, yoghurt, cheese & cold meats. Location is about 15 minute flat walk from station (with luggage). Near an underground station to get to Old Town. It was an enjoyable stay"

"The dining area and main lobby had a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere and the locker room was helpful as I arrived before check-in was open."

"WE stay for a wedding. Very practical, nice location and friendly host"

"Armand (owner) was very helpful, even though I was only there for a very short time. He allowed me a flexible check in and was very friendly. He brought breakfast to my room in the morning. I didn't really explore the area but I know Lyon fairly well. It was a 20 minute walk to Part-Dieu Station but of course you could get a direct bus or tram easily. A taxi cost me £13 from Part Dieu to the property. It is exactly as described."
