"The staff are Eden Roc,s biggest asset as they looked after us at the pool,bars,restaurants, rooms and reception always with a smile and a warm and friendly chat. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The pool areas are well maintained with comfortable sun beds and good towels provided. The restaurants to choose from are varied in types of cuisine and mostly good, our favourite was Miraflores Peruvian cuisine which was excellent. "I am a seasoned global traveler, so my comments are based on my experience at the price point for the suite with pool. Overall it was good; facilities need upgraded (e.g. caulking in bathroom, worn trim work) Buffet staff was very nice, especially the seating hostesses. The food buffet was good. Eatery options on site were very good. All said, I’d recommend this place; but if you are a Four Seasons type person that you will find this property “ok”"

"The staff was very attentive and super helpful. They made sure that we have a great room that would be convenient with toddler. In addition they were friendly and always happy to interact with a toddler. They have great pools, the kids pool is amazing in the shade but there is one downside the pool floor was covered with slippery tiles, which wasn't very safe or practical for either adults or children, as people frequently slipped. There is food all the time and is great. The main restaurant food can get a bit repetitive but still good. Make sure to try the beach restaurants. The private beach is very convenient and they have a lot of sun-beds. The beach is a bit rocky so make sure to bring appropriate shoes."

"Pros: -Mini Kids Camp Staff was amazing! 3x a day they take your kids and ours had a blast. Best part of the resort were those staff members! Big shout-out! -Lots of beach chairs/ pool chairs, pools for kids and adults. Waterslide was fun! -Food available all day, pretty decent but not world class. -Complimentary drinks in room/ storage in room. -Nearby car rental & great prices -Convenient store on premise -Price Cons: -Watered down drinks -Other guests (without kids) were less friendly towards children (outside the control of the hotel) -It takes multiple elevators to access many rooms Conclusion: -We will absolutely stay here again, for families with children, it's hard to imagine a better spot in Rhodes."

"AMAZING STAY. I had an amazing stay at Lime Hotel in Faliraki. The hotel is very new and everything feels fresh, modern, and well maintained. From the moment I arrived, the manager was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. All of the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. My family had a good time. The location was perfect and worked really well for us. The food was exceptional with a great variety and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The entire hotel was spotless at all times, from the rooms to the common areas, which really stood out to me. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Faliraki. I would definitely stay again."

"The pool, the property was beautiful. Service everywhere was impeccable, as was the food. You can’t change this, but sitting on your balcony(1513) there is no view, you have to stand. Ironing board was challenging as it was impossible to balance. Other than these 2 observations we would return and/or recommend it to our friends."
