"Complex is beautiful and staff can't help enough. The breakfast was amazing with a great selection, my only though is if you pay for the adult section of the complex that works great but bear in mind although there are two breakfast areas you will be surrounded by families with children and babies every morning for breakfast. Maybe in the future they could use the small area for adults only!"

"Hotel was good "

"Lovely hotel, wonderful views - bar and reception staff were excellent. Lots of nice touches and features. If this were a four star hotel I'd be rating it excellent. Gripes: Breakfast had a huge range, but few coherent meals - missing basics like strawberries, bananas (most days), granola. The pool bar staff were lovely, but the cocktails were essentially 11 euro waters. It took 48 hours after requesting it for our private pool to be cleaned - despite us watching them clean pools in empty rooms. Our "skyline view" room had no view of the sky until you went out onto the terrace - the rooms are oddly nested so that your pool and terrace is elevated - so the view from your bedroom is essentially a wall. We went very early on in the season, but it felt like we were a dress rehearsal for the season. We did not take the half board option, and I'm very glad we didn't as the majority of options were buffet dining - which never feels special. We opted to walk 2kms most nights down the main road to restaurants - but appreciate few would want to be doing this, so you're either paying 15 euro taxis to get to restaurants/nightlife or you are accepting you are in one of three venues to dine your entire stay. Overall: it was a perfectly pleasant place. If you just want to switch off and be taken care of then you'll have a fantastic time. It is a 'big' hotel and so it naturally lacks some of the personal touches. It was one of the cheaper 5 stars, but still felt 4 star. "

"Overall a good stay! The staff are, polite, friendly, helpful and courteous and a true testament to the hotel. However, I had to give this 3 stars as the rooms are very tired and old and are in need of refurbishment. I found hair in my shower head, which was eventually resolved by the hotel staff and my son and I received an apology. Several of the guests I was travelling with unfortunately had food poisoning, but I guess this is a risk with all inclusive and having food out for a while. Also several cats managed to get into the hotel. Overall the hotel staff make this a 5 star, and their job is made a lot harder by the improvements not going into the hotel itself. Whether you have a good stay is a bit of a luck of the draw. "

"Had a great stay. Maria is very helpful always ready when we complain about the ants in our room and Rafiq always had the smile every time we dropped by, telling us which bus ride and places to visit. "

"Was a lovely experience, great staff... the only issue would be the pool was not open longer hours and not being able to see the children play as children should - eg; splashing in the pool - This is not an adult only facility, children should be able to play. Everything else was great. "
