"My wife and I booked this rental for a two-week vacation with our parents, and we had an incredible experience. The entire process, from booking on VRBO to check-in, our two-week stay at the lake, and check-out, was first class and seamless. The house and lake access were simply outstanding. The property is in excellent condition, with incredible views, and it is very spacious and clean. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our hosts were an absolute pleasure to work with, very communicative and always ready and willing to provide any information we needed. We saw a variety of wildlife, including eagles, deer, and many different bird types. The outdoor experience was simply breathtaking, and the lake views were incredible. We highly recommend this location and rental to anyone needing a peaceful getaway with lake side access and outdoor activities. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Every detail of the home showed how much care the owners put into making guests feel welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful lakeside getaway."

"Breakfast was ok. Room was ok. The main issue was the guy in the room next to us yelling and shouting at his wife at 2am in the morning. This went on forever. Took the hotel a long time to do anything about it. We had to call the front desk multiple times. The police showed up banging on the door and shouting…pulled the guy out into the hallway next to our door to question him and go through their whole ordeal whether the would book the guy or not. Middle of the night, so loud, all this going on while guests are trying to sleep. They separate the husband and wife leaving the husband there who continues to make noise, shout, throw furniture around which results in the police coming back and arresting him. Mean while, the hotel said nothing to us or tried to accommodate us in anyway. Asked to be moved to another room possibly, but nothing. The whole ordeal went on for 3+ hours. The next day checking out the girl at the counter knew we were in the room next to all the commotion and didn’t even care or apologize on behalf of the hotel to paying guests. Very uncaring and no sympathy. Shady area and unsafe. Don’t stay here. Not worth it!!"

"No toothpaste is provided and you have to pay 15 dollars a day for parking the area isn't the best or very convenient and the breakfast served is not the best at all no eggs or anything like that just simple breakfast stuff bagels cereal etc..!!but hotel staff is nice and polite overall..!! I don't think I would stay again at larkspur landing in Renton I would rather go elsewhere and much better amenities..! So I wouldn't recommend a stay at this hotel"

"Have is a room on the 1st floor. The laminate floor was buckled and lifting up. Looked like a trip hazard, so we asked for a different room. They gave us a room on the 3rd floor. The bedspread had spots on it and the carpet was dirty. I didn't like walking on it in bare feet. The hallways and elevator smelled of people smoking weed. We left our window open to air it out. On a post note the breakfast was good. "
