"Staff are friendly and very accommodating, We arrived and give a us room with dirty linens on the table and unmade bed. Give us a different room, disgusting. Bed frame is made of metal frame,Squeaky and dirty looks like human dead skin cells around it! Pillows are paper thin! Clog bathroom sink with hairs from previous guess probably. Free coffee with no creamer? Kidding me? Homeless car parked on hotel parking lot! Beware! Check out 11 am. 10:35am staff asked to clean room. Dang!"

"This is a great hotel to stay at! It’s only a 25 minute drive to Seattle and the Southcenter mall is literally like 7 minutes away. I like how it has stuff close by as well. I’d recommend staying here!"
