"The walls were clearly touched up, which ok, but the room should definitely get a whole new coat of paint. I was also struggling for light in the bathroom. It was very dark for a woman getting ready. I also think for the suites you should supply extra trash bags, and ice bags in the room if they are not going to stop by everyday. Just for sanitary reasons. I did take my trash out every night but I had to use “grocery bags” that I used purchasing items in the city. A cherry topper would have been a heads up that there was going to be a dog within so far of my room. Some one may be terrified of dogs, or in this case it was just barking a bit. Overall clean, breakfast was decent, would recommend, and would stay again!"

"Our stay at Mike’s property was overall a really positive experience. From the moment we arrived, the home was exactly as pictured, warm, inviting, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet the location was still very convenient with shopping and other essentials close by, making it easy to get around during our stay.One thing we especially appreciated was how seamless the check-in process was. Mike was a stellar host, accommodating, thoughtful, and very responsive whenever we had questions. Communication was easy, from start to finish, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure guests had a good experience.The layout of the property was also a major plus. Everything being on one level with no stairs made access incredibly easy, especially when loading and unloading luggage. That added convenience made the stay even more appealing and comfortable.While the property could benefit from a few enhancements to elevate the overall experience, there was nothing during our stay that required immediate attention. I shared a few suggestions with Mike, and he was very open to feedback and seemed sincere about addressing the areas for improvement, which was appreciated.Overall, this rental offers very good value for the cost; between the convenient location, quiet surroundings, easy access, and kind, attentive host, I would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable and practical place to stay."

"I was only staying at Larkspur one night as I was going to Idaho and Montana, but I wish I was staying there for my entire vacation. Through the years I have stayed at numerous hotels in the U.S. and Larkspur is by far the best. The rooms are silent and very clean and are like small apartments with a nice kitchen, a big refrigerator etc."

"The room was very clean and set up nicely! Everything worked great and the staff were helpful and nice! The only issue we had was that the elevator was not working on our second day there. It was a Saturday and the staff assured us that they were working to get it fixed as soon as possible! By check out the next day the issue with the elevator had been resolved! All in all it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay! I will definitely come back and recommend to others! "
