"To my surprise, the interior was as modern and as clean as the 3-star hotels I've stayed at. I messed up and lost my room card, but they were cool about it. I don't suggest pushing your luck on that, though, because it clearly states there's a $10 charge for losing your room card. It's not too bad on the exterior either; there's just normal people going about their business."
