"Regarding the rooms, I liked the building with the gym. The "regular King Suite" in the building where the front desk is, was smaller than the pictures and a found it stuffy. However, the front desk was very accommodating and made sure we got into a room we were comfortable in. That was a double queen room in the next building. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, refrigerator, microwave and a sink to do dishes. It really met our needs on this trip. "

"The male front desk staff were very responsive and helpful. The female not so much. It was a good location for us. It was between the 2 places we needed to be. It could have been cleaner."

"This was the worst stay I’ve ever had there. Definitely need to keep the rooms and balconies clean and fix the water stains from the broken a/c and heater that didn’t work in my room"

"ANTS. Hotel looks ghetto from the street and parking lot, but the rooms are surprisingly modern, and clean except for the ants. I didn’t see any other bugs besides ants. Stayed for 2 nights. Only noticed a few ants the first night (less than 5). Spilled a drop of juice near the sink the 2nd day. Thought I wiped it up good enough. Nope. After turning the lights back on at 11pm to use the bathroom, there were probably 50 ants on the countertop near the sink. I called the office, to ask for some kind of RAID or some bug spray to kill them. They didn’t have any. They offered to let me move rooms, but the only available room was near the loud bar. Instead, they offered to bring me some Lysol disinfectant wipes to wipe up the ants."

"I rarely leave reviews, but I was very happy with the customer service. We stayed one night, before getting on a cruise. It was advertised that they have a free shuttle from SNA. Which is one of the things I was looking for before booking. The day we arrived, the driver was out sick and they couldn’t send the shuttle, so they offered to reimburse my Uber ride. We also asked for late checkout (which of course would be subject to having the availability) and the guy at the front desk, who gave owner vibes, made us feel like it was no problem at all. The overall customer service was definitely above and beyond. I would recommend this hotel, and I will be staying again in a few months, because if the excellent service. "

"It was, overall, a good experience. i have no complaints with the budget motel facilities. This particular hotel is a reliable stand-by for me. I was particularly impressed with the staff's willingness to upgrade me to a room that accommodates handicapped persons. A particular need, in my case. Thank you, Motel 6 staff !"
