"As a frequent Hilton guest, I was disappointed with the level of service during this stay. Upon arrival, both the lotion and conditioner dispensers in the room were completely empty. We specifically requested room service during our stay with the expectation that these items would be refilled, but after housekeeping serviced the room, the dispensers were still left empty. Additionally, housekeeping adjusted the thermostat while servicing the room and left it set to a much warmer temperature. When we returned, the room was uncomfortably hot, and the afternoon sun was shining directly through the windows, making the temperature even more uncomfortable. After being out for the day, we expected to return to a comfortable room, not one that required additional time to cool down. While these may seem like small details individually, they reflect a lack of attention to guest comfort and basic housekeeping standards. As someone who stays at Hilton properties regularly, I expected a better experience."

"We arrived late due to a delayed flight. The front desk staff pleasantly greeted us & we checked in to enjoy our clean room. The bed was comfortable and room temperature perfect! Breakfast was great the next morning."

"Very well kept property. Very very comfortable room, with everything you need, from mini fridge to coffee maker, safe box, microwave. Everything working well. Loved the bath robes. Beautiful, cozy, comfortable. Coffee machine dispenser at the reception with all flavors avail. Wine by the glass at a super reasonable price. Snacks, breakfast items. Staff super helpful. This is definitely a hotel I will come back when visiting the area. Conveniently located in Milbrae next to the Bart station. Burlingame is also super close with great shopping and dining options."

"If you're into plane watching, this is a great escape. With a view of the Bay and the approach to SFO, one could not ask for better. Nice big comfortable beds, nice little snack bar and... the morning breakfast was just perfect for our needs. That's why we keep coming back!"

"The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is that it was clean. Staff weren’t particularly friendly and it’s an old hotel. It is also an event venue and there was a loud event we could hear most of the night. The parking is also paid and that on top of an overpriced room. There are no notable amenities and no noteworthy restaurants nearby. No complimentary breakfast. Felt nickel and dimed. Also please note that water came out at scalding temperatures at high pressure. Hot water with good pressure is usually a plus but this was near hazardous."
