We absolutely loved the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi in our room — a brilliant touch. We’d definitely book this hotel and the same room again the next time we’re in Lisbon. "Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and you could eat as much as you wanted. The shuttle driver was very pleasant and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about Lisbon and made sitting in traffic more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Best experience ever! I travel a lot for business but this hotel is a true gem. I would give them even 6 stars! The rooms are very modern, very clean and super stylish, just gorgeous! Employees walk the extra mile to make guests welcomed. Every single person is focussed on giving their guests a true experience. Location is ideal, right in the center of the historic district. Breakfast is a delight. Never felt so comfortable and happy in a hotel. Absolutely the best! Will book it again and recommend it to many others! "
