"This was a wonderful house that was very clean and had everything we could ask for for a weekend stay. The hosts were helpful with any questions and left excellent instructions for anything a guest could need. While we may not have used the lake access, it was very nice to have, included kayaks available is wanted. "

"Loved the gorgeous location, wood interior and exterior, and the spacious porch. The bedroom was lovely - very comfy king bed. We liked the split shower head option in the bathroom too. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs - new and very nice appliances. Everything was very clean! The property was so quiet and peaceful - great for sleeping or just relaxing on the porch. The beehives were cool to see as well as the trails around the property. Even in August, there were some lovely wildflowers around. The host was very responsive and gracious. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful country stay close to Granbury and Glenrose! "

"Such a wonderful visit to Granbury! The house was adorable and the owners were very friendly. We really enjoyed kayaking and swimming during our visit. Being able to access the public boat dock to put a jet-ski in the water was very convenient also. Even the neighbors were friendly and helpful. The fenced yard for our pets was awesome too. We will definitely be back. "

"Spent four days here with adult children and friends. The house is amazing! Spacious with plenty of room for all including several bathrooms. Gated with lots of parking out front, television in every room, and the host family put out several welcoming treats. The back patio is nicely shaded, we sat out there alot and enjoyed the birds and lake views. Air conditioning kept the house at 68 degrees the entire time. It's a good walk down to the dock with several steps (50) but they are layed out in a switchback fashion to cut down on fatigue. The dock and jetski were a highlight for everyone with plenty of gas ready to go. We would happily stay here again."

"The outside of the property looked run down. Only half of the backyard was mowed. The interior was immaculately cleaned. We were very impressed with the inside of the property. Very well decorated, clean (I cannot stress how clean), ac works very well. "
