"The room was clean. The staff was friendly.The breakfast options were good, fruit,honey buns, cereal, yogurt,eggs, sausage,toast and coffee. The AC worked well. The microwave and mini fridge in the room functioned but should be upgraded. The ice maker was broken but the front desk provided a small bag for us. Overall our stay was pleasant and near to all Granbury has to offer."

"Wasn’t told about additional $25 fee for dog. Was advertised as pet friendly. Man at check in desk was very curt & had no customer skills. Acted like he wanted to be anywhere but there. The window sheers were in shreds. A/C sounded like it was going to blow up. Breakfast was very poor. Greasy sausage, tasteless powdered eggs! Needless to say, we won’t be staying at this place again."

"We have stayed here multiple times. The staff is wonderful. I had made an error in the date I booked and they helped me get it straightened out. The breakfast was really good and the eggs were real eggs."

"They will tell you they allow pets but then call you while you’re at work and tell you that you gotta get all your belongings out now because they don’t take ESA animals. Worst stay of my life and never will be back "

"I absolutely love this place! This was my 2nd stay at the Guest Suite on Lake Granbury and I will definitely be back again. The property is absolutely stunning--right on the lake and the owners have a private dock you can access. The space is so cozy, perfect for a solo traveler or a couple visiting, and it's just a short walk to downtown Granbury with easy access to shopping, restaurants, etc. The host, LeAnn, is wonderful and easy to get in touch with. Cannot recommend this place enough!"
