"Air conditioner was pretty loud making it hard to sleep. Room was clean and otherwise comfortable though. Pool had a leak so is shut down. "

"Picked a jacuzzi tub room as my husband and I were going to be in town 4 days for a wedding. We were so busy with wedding party stuff, coming back late and getting up early every night, that when we finally got back to the room late, the bed was awful, the Jacuzzi tub needed work, and we didn't have a moment to notify the desk, after midnight, nor had time to move rooms or deal with getting it fixed. Bed was so old and broken, it was like a trampoline and out to bounce you off every time you moved.The Jacuzzi tub hot water trickled instead of a steady stream and drained faster than it filled. I'm glad my husband fixed it enough to use briefly during our stay. In 3 night I got a total of about 8 hours of sleep. Needless to say I would not recommend staying here."

"We loved our stay-the home was everything we hoped for. The location was perfect, the home was lovely and well equipped, especially the kitchen. The view of the lake was so pretty and peaceful. We were entertained by a floating goose parade each evening!We would recommend this home for others looking to stay in Granbury, it was a quick and easy drive into the center of town and we enjoyed walking around the square and lots of food options as well as shopping.My husband and I have family in nearby Fort Worth and we hope to make this an annual event to visit family and stay at this lovely home. Thank you to our hosts for helping to make our Memorial Day weekend trip even better than hoped for."

"Maggie’s place was a great place to stay! Convenient to the lake, but not priced like lakefront properties. The house is nicely decorated and has some special amenities that we appreciated, like the s’mores basket, toothbrushes, and dog treats. We will definitely be back!"

"Home was clean, but the Air was smokey. We weren't thrilled about the step up to the toilet, hard for elders. We couldn't use the shower b/c the faucet fell off in our hands. Had to take sink baths. Most of the coffee pods didn't fit the coffee maker. The lady on site was nice and let us in b/c our code we were given didn't work on our door. We received the correct code at 8:30PM."

"I would not recommend this rental based on my experience.Upon arrival, the property was not clean and had a very strong odor of marijuana that made the space uncomfortable to stay in. I tried airing it out for several hours, but the smell did not improve.The listing advertised two Wi-Fi networks, but neither of them worked during my stay, which was a major inconvenience.More concerning was a serious safety issue: the bathroom light fixture appeared to be improperly installed. It was connected using what looked like a stripped extension cord, taped together with exposed wiring. On top of that, the bathroom light could only be turned on from the bedroom, which added to the overall inconvenience and concern. This setup felt like a clear fire hazard.Due to the cleanliness issues, strong odor, lack of working Wi-Fi, and the unsafe electrical setup, I decided to leave after about three hours.Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would advise others to proceed with caution."

"Wonderfully warm home for a family gathering. Kitchen, appliances, plates and all cutlery necessary well provided. All rooms were well furnished and bathrooms well stocked with all toiletries and towels. The full court basketball, pickle ball a real plus. Thank you for providing all necessary equipment and balls inflated and ready to go! There is so much here to enjoy and we especially liked the quietness of our surroundings, fire pits, and private pond. A sublime space to reconnect as a family or group of friends. Location to Granbury and other amenities 13 out of 10 "
