On the first occasion we were provided with a nice room that had a view and was quiet, comfortable and well worth the money I paid. Unfortunately on the second occasion we were provided with a room that was next to the car park, it had no windows and the shutters were not of standard that blocked out the harsh lightning in the car parking area. This room although clean, made me feel like 'low hanging fruit' in that they...
